Dear Member:

Lampco Federal Credit Union has been working this year to implement a new computer system. This system will allow Lampco to become more progressive and offer you more options in the future. Lampco employees have been busy training for the past several months to be ready to serve you and, we ask for your patience as we approach the conversion over the New Year’s weekend.

As we prepare to launch this new system, there are some changes that you need to be aware of.

I. Dividend payments
Beginning December 31, 2009, dividends will be posted on the last business day of the month/qtr. This will be for both shares and certificates. This means that you will receive 5 quarterly / 13 monthly dividend payments in 2009.

II. Accounts
a. Account numbers will remain the same b. Suffixes and loan numbers will be changing to product sub numbers. These numbers will be in suffix order and will be unique to each type of product. For example, if you have accounts opened in the following order: a regular share account, a Christmas share, a share draft account, money market account, 2 loans, and 2 certificates they will be identified as follows:

The new product sub numbers will be used at the teller windows, on the audio response system, in the internet banking system, and on the statements. Please pay attention to any audio response prompts or when viewing on the internet.
