2024 Brings A New and Exciting Transformation to Lampco Federal Credit Union

We are excited to announce all the improvements coming to Lampco Federal Credit Union. The Lampco Team has been working tirelessly to improve our services to better enhance your banking experience. Below is a brief summation of what is here now and coming in the near future.

Our Lampco Family Is Growing - We can now service Madison, Marion, Hamilton, and Hancock Counties.

• That's Right!! If you live, work, worship, volunteer or attend school in any of these counties, you can be a member at Lampco Federal Credit Union.

Shared Braching Coming Soon - Access your Lampco account from any participating credit union.

• Shared Branching is a national network of credit unions from all over the country that share facilities to give members thousands of convenient locations to perform transactions.

New Automated Cash Counters - Lampco has installed 3 new Teller Cash Recyclers at our South Branch.

• The Teller Cash Recyclers are safer for our Tellers and provide quicker, accurate service to our members.

Kasasa Website - Lampco has expanded our partnership with Kasasa®

• Members can now find Lampco, its locations, and open and account from the Kasasa Website.

The New Mobile App has launched - Lampco now has its own branded app with up to date features.

• As of the middle of December, 2023, Lampco no longer utilizes the Touch Banking Mobile App. Members already enrolled in mobile banking, will be forwarded to the New Lampco Mobile App to sign in. 
• The new mobile app allows you to register for online banking and bill pay from the convenience of your phone or tablet. It will also offer a newer, more vibrant interface.
• Lampco will soon offer Remote Deposit Capture, taking a picture of a check remotely and sending the check image to Lampco for deposit. We will update this accouncement once this feature is active.

Remote Loan Applications and Booking - Coming soon, you can get your Lampco loan without having to visit our retail branch.

• Apply for your loan online, speak to a qualified loan associate, and receive and sign your loan documents remotely.

Streamlined Phone Operator Menu - Coming soon, Lampco will reconfigure its phone operator menu to better direct your calls. 

• A new phone menu will be adopted to streamline calls to the appropriate departments to reduce on-hold time.
• This process will improve member communication and enhance the overall customer experience. 

Expanded Services at the Administration Office - By Mid-Year 2024, we expect to expand member banking services at our office located at 5411 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd, Anderson.

• Banking services will be available through the Drive-Up Lanes at the MLK Office by mid-year 2024.
• Currently, the ATM and Night Depository are available 24/7 for your banking convenience.

NEW ATM LOCATION AT 5411 DR MLK JR BLVD, ANDERSON, IN, LOCATION

Lampco has installed an ATM at the 5411 Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Anderson, IN, location for your convenience. The ATM is located on the south side of the building just past the drive-up. 

In addition to the ATM, there is a night depository available for deposits. The depository is checked in the morning and again after 4pm. Any deposits made before 4pm will be credited the same day with the exception of holidays and weekends. Night deposits made on holidays and weekends will be credited the next business day.
