To get started with the Mobiliti mobile banking app, follow these steps. (Please note: In order to utilize mobile banking, you must first be enrolled in online banking.)
1.) Go to Lampco’s online banking page. Log in and go to the Self-Service tab.
2.) Under additional services, click on Mobiliti.
3.) Many questions you may have concerning mobile banking can be answered by clicking on the Mobile FAQ’s on the right side of the screen. Then click Sign Up.
4.) Read through and accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the box on the bottom right and clicking Continue.
5.) There are two ways to download the Mobiliti App:
- While you're logged into online banking, request that the download link be sent to you via text message. Simply enter your cell phone number in the box provided and submit on the right side of screen. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a text message with a link. Open the link and install the TOUCH BANKING app.
- Go to your app store on your device, i.e., Google Play or App Store. Search for TOUCH BANKING by Fiserv and install the app. The app code to get started is lampcofcu.
6.) Once you have downloaded the app, enter the app code lampcofcu.
7.) Next, enter your online banking user login.
8.) You may be prompted to answer on of your enhanced authentication questions.
9.) Lastly, enter your online banking security code (password).
CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully enrolled in Mobiliti, Lampco’s mobile app!

**Minimum length for logon IDs is 6 characters. If your Virtual Branch logon ID is shorter than 6 characters, add zeros to the beginning to reach 6 digits.
