The collections officer role is a full-time position located in Anderson, IN, with Monday through Friday hours and great benefits. 

This position is responsible for managing delinquent loan accounts, working directly with members to resolve payment issues, and helping to mitigate losses to the Credit Union.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in collections, lending, lending, financial services, or related field is a plus.
